Refund policy
At Lara Verne, each piece is handcrafted in France and made with care. We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalised or custom pieces are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return Email us at contact@laraverne.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@laraverne.com.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
